Tyler Tanner looks to keep momentum going at Charlotte

Tyler Tanner and the MB Motorsports crew head to Charlotte Motor Speedway with the #63 Mittler Brothers Machine & Tool / Excel Bottling Chevy, looking to follow up on the strong run they had in Tanner’s intermediate track debut last week.

“I can’t wait to get the truck onto the track at Charlotte.  After the run we had last week, everyone on the team is pumped for the NC Education Lottery 200,” says Tanner.

Team owner Mike Mittler agrees, “I think we’re all more than a little excited for Friday’s race.  Trip Bruce, Justin Jennings and the guys did a great job with this truck.  If we can pick up where we left off in Kansas, we should have a real good night.”

“You’d have never known that was Tyler’s first race on a mile and a half track,” adds crew chief Trip Bruce. ”He handled himself very well and actually ran faster as the race progressed.  As Mike says, if we can just keep the momentum going, Friday’s going to be fun.”

Also supporting Tanner for Friday night’s race are West Pacific Builders, as well as MB Motorsports associate partners WIX Filters and eTape16. The team will be continuing their support of Eagle Rock Camp.

The NC Education Lottery 200 will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1, beginning at 8:30pm ET.  Motor Racing Network (MRN) and SiriusXM Satellite NASCAR Channel 90 will also being broadcasting as well.  As always, MB Motorsports will be live tweeting during the race offering updates and insights for fans.
