A suspension failure cost Harrison Rhodes in Saturday’s Hisense 200 at Dover International Speedway, leaving him with a 27th-place finish in the 28th race of the Xfinity Series season.
Rhodes finished 126 laps before parking his JD Motorsports with Gary Keller Chevrolet.
“We wanted to get all the laps in, but it wasn’t to be,” Rhodes said. “A fast track like Dover isn’t one where you want to mess with suspension issues. We’ll roll on to the next one.”
Rhodes is 24th in Xfinity driver points.
