Xtreme Concepts Racing Partners with Flexfit®

Xtreme Concepts (XCI) Racing has partnered with Flexfit LLC, one of the world’s largest vendors of custom, private-label headwear, to become the Official Headwear Provider of XCI Racing and driver Jeffrey Earnhardt. The Flexfit® 110 is the hat of choice for Earnhardt and the No. 81 XCI Racing team beginning with today’s My Bariatric Solutions 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

“Flexfit is a leading name in the headwear industry and we’re honored to partner with XCI Racing and Jeffrey Earnhardt, a fourth-generation racer and a longtime Flexfit fan,” said Brian Yang, Flexfit LLC’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We were drawn to Jeffrey’s passion for motorsports and the outdoors, and we saw that racing fans in general share those same passions, making NASCAR the perfect fit for Flexfit.”

Flexfit LLC is the U.S. sales and distribution agency of Yupoong, Inc., which manufactures hats for some of the most reputable brands in sports, streetwear, action sports, golf and the outdoors, while also offering a wide selection of the best wholesale blank caps.

“We’re proud to partner with Flexfit, a well-known and reputable brand that has been a favorite of Jeffrey’s for years,” added Landon Ash, founder of Birmingham, Alabama-based Xtreme Concepts and owner of XCI Racing. “We’re growing as a race team and Flexfit is growing as a brand. We look forward to the collaboration that will make both entities stronger, faster.”

Earnhardt is the grandson of seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Dale Earnhardt and nephew of Dale Earnhardt Jr. Today’s race at Texas will be his third Xfinity Series start of 2019. The 29-year-old driver earned a career-best sixth-place finish in his most recent Xfinity Series start Feb. 23 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, and was the first driver to lead laps in the new Toyota Supra in the season-opening race Feb. 16 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.

“It’s great to have Flexfit on board our No. 81 Toyota Supra this weekend so we can officially welcome them to Xtreme Concepts Racing,” Earnhardt said. “Performance is what we hang our hat on, and now it can be a Flexfit hat.”

Texas marks the debut of XCI Racing and the No. 81 Toyota Supra. Earnhardt will also pilot the No. 81 Xfinity Series entry June 29 at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois, July 5 at Daytona, Aug. 16 at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway and Aug. 31 Darlington (S.C.) Raceway. In addition to the five-race Xfinity Series schedule, XCI Racing will field an entry for Earnhardt in the two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series events at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway on April 28 and Oct. 13, respectively.
