KickAss Beef Jerky Extends Partnership with Spencer Boyd Racing

Spencer Boyd and SS Greenlight Racing are humbled to announce associate sponsor KickAss Beef Jerky has extended their partnership with the race team for the remainder of the 2018 season. The relationship began with a three race deal starting at the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Pocono Raceway on June 2, 2018. KickAss Beef Jerky was founded in the 1950’s by Charles Littel.

Littel started KickAss Beef Jerky by producing and selling it out of his own butcher shop in Sauk City, Wisconsin. In 2017 the family business was taken over by fourth generation, Jeremy Littel. Jeremy has worked tirelessly to bring KickAss products into 16 states including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Michigan.

“I’m really excited to continue this relationship with KickAss Beef Jerky,” says Boyd. “I’ve had a lot of fun getting to know the whole KickAss family and representing their brand at the race track. Everyone loves the product and I especially enjoy watching fans’ reactions when trying the beef jerky. I’m thankful we extended this partnership, especially because I’ve been going through a lot of KickAss beef jerky lately.”

KickAss Beef Jerky owner, Jeremy Littel, commented on the extended partnership with Boyd, “Spencer is one of the best at social media and interacting with fans, so when I saw the opportunity to extend our partnership with him, I knew we needed to take advantage! Spencer fits the mold of what KickAss is all about, which is a hard work ethic, but having a lot of fun along the way. We’re excited to be associated with Spencer and his SS Greenlight Racing Team for these additional races.”

KickAss Beef Jerky will ride along with Spencer Boyd and the No.76 Grunt Style Camaro this weekend at Iowa Raceway. They will return to the car at select races throughout the remainder of the 2018 campaign.
