Ross Chastain enjoyed one of his best runs of the Xfinity Series season Sunday at Dover International Speedway.
Chastain started 11th and finished 12th in the Use Your Melon/Don’t Drink and Drive Chevrolet in the Drive Sober 200. The finish was his second-best of the season and his best at a non-restrictor plate track.
“A good day for us here,” Chastain said. “We had the car hooked up right and could really roll through the turns. That’s so important here.”
Chastain raced as high as third. He remained 16th in Xfinity driver points.
