ScienceLogic Set For XFINITY Series Debut With Rick Ware Racing At Daytona

The art of Science and Logic will fuse together next week at Daytona International Speedway, as officials from Rick Ware Racing (RWR) announced today that ScienceLogic will sponsor the team’s No. 15 Chevrolet Camaro in next Friday’s Subway Firecracker 250 on July 1.

And it’s only logical that their spokesperson Ryan Ellis will drive for the team in ScienceLogic’s XFINITY Series debut as the series kicks off their second half of the schedule under the lights at the 2.5-mile superspeedway.

Ellis and ScienceLogic continue a growing relationship that expanded from a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut at Phoenix (Ariz.) International Raceway last year to several Cup races this season with BK Racing.

“I’m very excited about this opportunity to drive for Rick Ware Racing next weekend at Daytona,” said Ellis. “It’s a great opportunity for ScienceLogic to continue to put their name in front of more NASCAR fans, but the race also provides an opportunity for us to contend for a good finish. I feel confident that we will have a competitive car and find the right drafting partners that will put us in a position to make good things happen.”

ScienceLogic is the global leader in hybrid IT monitoring for the network of everything. Over 25,000 global service providers, enterprises, and government organizations rely on ScienceLogic to significantly enhance IT efficiency, optimize operations, and ensure business continuity.

ScienceLogic is the first monitoring solution to provide a comprehensive view of all IT components through a single pane of glass, whether they reside in a public cloud environment or on-premises.

With over 1,500 dynamic management apps and custom dashboarding capabilities, ScienceLogic delivers the scale, resiliency, and automation needed to simplify the constantly evolving task of managing IT resources, services, and applications.

“We are happy to be sponsoring Ryan again and work with the Rick Ware Racing team to deliver another exciting event for our customers and guests, as well as Ryan’s fans,” said Yama Habibzai, CMO at ScienceLogic. “A Friday night race will surely be very exciting and we look forward to an amazing event.”

Ellis, 26, has 35 XFINITY Series starts to his credit, but none at Daytona. The Ashburn, Virginia native does, however, have two competitive NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at the “World Center of Racing” with a best finish of 16th last February.

Next Friday night, Ellis, often considered a road racing ace seeks his first career top-10 in his 60th career national series start.

With the addition of the XFINITY race at Daytona, ScienceLogic is expanding their engagement model in NASCAR this season and Ellis. Considered a fan favorite on social media, Ellis sees that as a tremendous opportunity for not only himself, but for his team as well.

“With the help of ScienceLogic, we were able to put this partnership together pretty quickly,” Ellis added. “It really shows that NASCAR is a great place for any company looking to gain notoriety and exposure. The summer Daytona night race is one of the most highly anticipated races of the year and we hope to show them why.”

In addition to ScienceLogic, Carport Empire, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Keen Buildings and Lilly Trucking will serve as associate marketing partners for the 15th race of 2016.
