Americrown Service Corporation (“Americrown”), the catering, concessions and merchandise subsidiary of International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”), today announced the implementation of credit card payment systems at concessions stands at 11 ISC racetracks. The initial rollout will enable credit card payments at a select number of concessions stands at each facility.
“We are the first in motorsports to provide our fans with the convenience of credit card payments at our concessions stands across the company,” said Americrown President Michael Gentry. “This is a significant accomplishment given the investments in wireless and other technologies necessary to process these payments. This investment is part of our ongoing efforts to elevate the fan experience by enhancing convenience during their at-track visit. Fans now don’t have to worry about carrying cash for concessions purchases.”
All major credit cards will now be accepted for payment at Americrown concessions and merchandise locations at the following ISC venues: Daytona International Speedway®; Talladega Superspeedway®; Michigan International Speedway®; Richmond International Raceway®; Auto Club Speedway of Southern CaliforniaSM; Kansas Speedway®; Phoenix International Raceway®; Homestead-Miami SpeedwaySM; Martinsville Speedway®; Darlington Raceway®; and Watkins Glen International®.
