Penn National Gaming has invited their best players from across the country to experience the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway and 50 of those guests have been selected as the Grand Marshals for the race on Oct. 21.
Previously announced, actor Tom Payne from AMC’s The Walking Dead will wave the green flag to start the Hollywood Casino 400 as the honorary starter. Also taking part in pre-race activities is Kansas City Royals outfielder Alex Gordon, who was named the honorary pace car driver.
Kansas City, Kansas Police Department Master Detective Danon Vaughn will sing the national anthem, while the Overland Park Police Honor Guard will present the colors.
