Drydene and Pocono Raceway Announce Unique and Innovative Partnership

Pocono Raceway has announced a multi-year partnership with Drydene Performance Products. The Drydene/Pocono partnership will showcase Drydene at ‘The Tricky Triangle’ in unique and innovative ways.

“We are excited to welcome Drydene back to Pocono Raceway,” said Pocono Raceway President, Ben May. “Drydene was the Victory Lane sponsor of our Big Rig Great American Truck Race in 1985. Having them back here is truly great and we appreciate their willingness to be creative with the partnership again. It has been fun to work with Drydene to creatively enhance our mutual efforts and initiatives with the sponsorship of the water towers, restart zone, Facebook live videos and our new tractor trailer lots. We look forward to many years of success with Dave (Klinger) and everyone associated with the Pennsylvania-based Drydene Performance Products brand.”

Pocono Raceway has unveiled the Drydene Tractor Trailer Parking Lot, where over the road drivers can park their rigs daily in a designated lot near Gate 7 during the Raceway’s NASCAR and INDYCAR race weekends. Fans will see Drydene-branded oil can trash receptacles and the newly-painted Drydene towers located along the restroom facilities behind the Grandstand. Additionally, Drydene will be the presenting partner of the “Drydene Restart Zone” on the track during all major motorsport events and the Raceway’s “Seat of the Week” Facebook live video series.

“It has been an amazing experience to this point,” said Drydene Performance Products President, Dave Klinger. “To return and be part of Pocono Raceway is a dream. I grew up coming to Pocono as a kid and when we relaunched the Drydene brand, I knew we had to be a sponsor at Pocono. We appreciate everything Ben (May) and the entire Raceway family has done to bring us back.”
