Charlotte Motor Speedway Ramps Up First Time Fan Program

With spectacular racing, fabulous foods, tons of entertainment and the world’s largest HDTV, Charlotte Motor Speedway delivers an awe-inspiring experience at every NASCAR race. To make it even better for new fans at The Greatest Place to See the Race, the speedway is rolling out a First Time Fan Program just in time for the Spring Season of Speed.

Starting with the April 13-15 NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway and continuing through the May 19 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race and May 27 Coca-Cola 600, first time fans will receive a special welcome kit designed to ensure they have the best experience possible at their first Charlotte Motor Speedway event. First time fans will also receive direct communication with tips from racing insiders, speedway staff and other race fans to help them make the most of their race-day experience.

First time fans will receive an invitation to a Racing 101 seminar on the event day that provides additional information and the opportunity to ask questions directly of speedway staff.

In addition, first time fans will have access to a special concierge who is able to answer questions and provide additional guidance for the fan with limited NASCAR or NHRA experience.

Every first time fan welcome package includes a lanyard, hard card, decal, DVD, Fan Guide to Fun, special values, area information and more. New fans are automatically enrolled in the program when they purchase tickets.

Many sports venues have first time fan guides, but Charlotte Motor Speedway will take the concept to the next level with an entire program designed to ensure that fans new to the track have the best time possible.

The program is one of many initiatives started by Charlotte Motor Speedway to provide a race day experience tailored to each fan’s needs.
