Speedway Christmas visitors can explore each organization’s story and cast votes for their favorite Christmas tree in the Christmas Village every Thursday through Sunday. Voting – done through financial contributions – is available, five tickets for $5, 10 for $10 and 20 tickets for $20, with each ticket counting as a vote. All proceeds support Speedway Children’s Charities, with each charity receiving a donation to support their mission.
“We’re thrilled to bring back ‘Trees of Hope’ at this year’s Speedway Christmas, giving families a special opportunity to learn more about and support 13 incredible organizations that are each making an impact on the lives of children here in the greater-Charlotte community,” said Taylor Kirby, director of SCC’s North Carolina chapters. “Every vote makes a difference in helping these charities expand their impact and we can’t wait to see the creativity each organization brings to spread some Christmas joy.”
