Red Kap Joins RCR/ECR Engines as Official Provider of Shop and Crew Apparel
Richard Childress Racing has partnered with Red Kap, a division of VF Imagewear, Inc., as the official workwear outfitter for RCR and ECR Engines employees.
Red Kap has been creating comfortable, durable workwear since starting out as a family business in 1923. Today they outfit 16 million Americans in a wide variety of industries. Red Kap prides itself on outfitting the "Done Right" crowd - those that are not afraid to dig a little deeper, reach a little higher and push a little harder to do whatever it takes to make things right. This philosophy aligns perfectly with the RCR brand.

"So, it was a natural fit to work with such an established and prestigious race team that embodies excellence and performance. We've seen firsthand that each employee at Richard Childress Racing strives to do their best - whether they're on the pit crew, a shop mechanic or marketing representative. We're proud to have our products on the backs of such hard working individuals who exemplify everythingthat Red Kapstands for as a brand and as a company. RCR is truly 'Done Right'."
"Red Kap started as a family business, just like RCR and ECR Engines, which makes for a perfect fit," added Ben Schlosser, Richard Childress Racing's chief marketing officer. "Their values of hard work, uncompromising standards and 'done right' are shared by everyone at RCR and ECR Engines. We are proud to have them as a partner and look forward to representing them in our race shops and at the race track each week."
