RCR Adds New Staff to Team Communications Programs Andrea Cleveland and Jeff O'Keefe to manage PR for Menard and Scott teams
Richard Childress Racing has added two members to its communications staff.
Andrea Cleveland has been named manager of communications in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for the No. 27 Menards Chevrolet team and driver Paul Menard. Jeff O'Keefe has assumed a similar position with RCR's NASCAR Nationwide Series program with the No. 2 Shore Lodge Chevrolet team and driver Brian Scott. Cleveland begins her new responsibilities immediately while O'Keefe joined RCR's communications staff in December 2012.
"Andrea and Jeff are great additions to RCR's continued effort to provide our partners with the best front office team in NASCAR and all of motorsports," said Ben Schlosser, Richard Childress Racing's chief marketing officer. "We look for both of them to provide strong contributions to their specific teams and partners as well as our overall communications effort."
Cleveland has previous motorsports public relations experience as a communications manager with Richard Petty Motorsports and as a communications specialist with Charlotte Motor Speedway. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Ken. O'Keefe has media relations experience with Martin Truex Jr. Motorsports and Turner Motorsports. O'Keefe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Montclair State University in Montclair, N.J.
