Final Day Results from 2019 SCCA Runoffs at VIRginia International Raceway

The third and final day of competition from the 56th SCCA® National Championship Runoffs® at VIRginia International Raceway has concluded. The last eight winners have cemented their place in the history book, bringing the total to 28 winners crowned this year. Sunday’s highlights included John Phillips claiming a championship in B-Spec after nearly 30 tries, Ernie Francis Jr. winning his first championship in GT-1 on his first try, and Mark Boden making his third podium appearance during the 2019 Runoffs.

With the Runoffs from VIR complete, the Sports Car Club of America® now sets its sights on the 2020 National Championship Runoffs being held Oct. 5-11 at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. But first, a rundown of the newest winners from the last day of competition in Virginia.
