NWES and Tijey introduce new Fastest Driver Award

A new sponsor and a new award have been introduced in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series at Valencia during the NWES season opener. Thanks to exclusive jewelry manufacturer Tijey Titanium Jewelry, the driver scoring the most points in the ELITE 1 Division in each event of the 2019 season will be awarded the Fastest Driver Award and with it a special, custom-made, titanium ring featuring the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series logo.

Each of the exclusive Tijey rings is “sculpted” in Grade 5 titanium by high-technology machinery starting from a block of premium quality material, making the Fastest Driver Award trophy a unique, everlasting testimony of racing prowess.

“A luxury ring is a traditional mark of every US sport winner! Winning a NASCAR event is a huge accomplishment in a driver’s career. It needs a lot of work and dedication from everybody involved. Ander Vilarino was the first recipient of the Fastest Driver Award in Valencia thanks to two impressive wins in the first two races of the season. The next Euro NASCAR event will take place in Franciacorta, Italy on May 11-12 and Tijey will have a special ring ready to make the company’s home race even more unique.
