Kody King Signs With McCallister Precision Marketing

McCallister Precision Marketing has signed 11-year-old racer Kody King to a multi-year agreement.

McCallister Precision Marketing will work with King as he continues to race his way up the motorsports ranks. King currently races Bandoleros across the Midwest and he plans to continue doing so in 2019 while working towards advancing into Legends cars, limited late models and more.

“Since we’re based in the Midwest, we felt it was important for Kody to work with an experienced marketing firm like McCallister Precision Marketing and Tonya McCallister to help Kody with promotion and consulting as he continues to grow in the racing industry,” said Kody King’s father, Brian King. “We’re all excited to begin working with Tonya and MPM in 2019 and beyond.”

King started his racing career when he was just 6 years old by racing go-karts. He spent four years racing go-karts around the Midwest, earning 31 feature victories in eight different states. He also claimed the 2016 Midwest Dirt Kart Challenge Shootout championship and the 2017 O’Reilly National Indoor Karting Championship in the Pro Jr. 1 division.

After his successful stint racing go-karts, King began racing a Bandolero in 2017. In 2018 he put together his most successful season to date, earning eight victories in five different states while also earning a prestigious victory in the Bandolero portion of the King of the Highbanks event at Wisconsin’s Slinger Super Speedway.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Kody King and his family to the McCallister Precision Marketing family,” said McCallister Precision Marketing owner Tonya McCallister. “With Kody and his family being based in Iowa, this is an exciting opportunity for us to promote Kody here in the Southeast as he continues to develop his racing skills. He’s got a ton of talent and we look forward to working with him for years to come.”
