The organization’s signature event will be held outside California for the first time and will serve as a kick-off for the March 14-16 NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity and Craftsman Truck weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Voting is underway to select the Hall’s Class of 2025, along with naming of Heritage inductees and Pioneers of Speed. The fifth Kickin’ Doorz Down Philanthropist of the Year by 51FIFTY will be announced during the festivities. A television highlights package will be announced in the future.
“With the Hall’s move to the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and with the tremendous hospitality being offered by West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame inductees Michael and Brendan Gaughan, we are headed for the greatest gala and induction dinner in the long history of our organization,” said Ken Clapp, Chairman and CEO of the West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame. “Being the kick off event for the NASCAR weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway our event on the March 13 event is perfect. “The Gaughans have been longtime friends and supporters of the Hall and we’re pleased and excited they will become next year’s hosting venue.”
The March 13 gala, which will be limited to 500 attendees, begins at 5:30 p.m. PDT/8:30 p.m. EDT with a hosted hospitality hour. Dinner and awards will commence at 6:45 p.m./9:45 p.m. EDT and are scheduled to end by 9:45 p.m./12:45 p.m. EDT.
The South Point Hotel and Casino offers a limited block of rooms for West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame attendees at $65 plus tax (Wednesday, March 12) and $105 plus tax (Thursday, March 13).
