"Everyone at Dixie HomeCrafters is thrilled that this opportunity to partner with Timothy Peters and Red Horse Racing came about," said Hugh Harris, CEO of Dixie HomeCrafters, Inc . "Partnering with an elite team and a winning driver is an incredible way to get involved in the sport. Race fans are among the most passionate in all of sports, and we feel like Timothy is one of the most passionate drivers in the series. We know that the No. 17 truck will be a strong contender this Friday night, and hopefully we'll have a chance to celebrate our partnership in Victory Lane."
Peters and the No. 17 team are currently third in the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series point standings after four of 25 races. They enter Nashville just seven points behind leader Johnny Sauter and five behind second-place Matt Crafton.
"It's great to have Dixie HomeCrafters and GutterGuardian on our Toyota Tundra this weekend in Nashville," said Peters. "It's always a tremendous opportunity when you can bring someone new into the sport, and I look forward to carrying their colors this weekend at Nashville, a track where we've had some success, including a pole and three consecutive fourth-place finishes. We feel like we've got a solid chance to put together a great finish for everyone at Dixie HomeCrafters this weekend. "
