Tate Fogleman To Make NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Debut with Young’s Motorsports at Gateway

Durham, N.C., native, Tate Fogleman will make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) debut this week. The 18-year-old makes his career-first NCWTS start in the Young’s Motorsports No. 20 Over Kill Motorsports Chevrolet at Gateway Motorsports Park in Madison, Ill.

“I am really looking forward to having Tate in one of our trucks,” said team president, Tyler Young. “He has already accomplished so much at such a young age and I look forward to him becoming a part of our blossoming driver development program.”

The third-generation driver started racing Late Models in 2011 and competed in his first full-time season in 2013 with the Pro All Star Series (PASS) South Super Late Models at the age of 13. Two years later, in 2015, he became the youngest champion of that series. The last two seasons the Durham, N.C., native has been competing with the PASS South Super Late Model Series and the CARS Super Late Model Tour. He scored his career-first CARS Tour win at Hickory (N.C.) Motor Speedway in the CARS Tour Throwback 276 last August.

“We are proud to continue our partnership with Young’s Motorsports,” said Mitchell Clary, owner of Over Kill Motorsports. “What Tyler is building with his team is amazing. The driver development program keeps expanding and we look forward to seeing what Tate can do in the No. 20 this weekend at Gateway.”

Over Kill Motorsports was established as a family business in 2009. It was a humble beginning for the father and son team of Mitch and Mitchell Clary who started the business out of their back yard. Through the years with hard work, dedication, quality products and commitment to excellent service, they earned their customers loyalty and support. Fast forward to the present and Over Kill has become one of the most trusted and successful Motorcoach, Trailer and Golf Cart Dealers in the United States with customers all over the country and abroad.

“I am extremely excited to be able to make my career-first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race this weekend at Gateway,” exclaimed Fogleman. “I can’t thank Over Kill Motorsports enough for coming on board to support us and Tyler for providing me this opportunity. I hope I can make him proud and get a good finish in the No. 20.”
