Kyle Busch, driver of the No. 18 SNICKERS 1990 Retro Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing:
“Our SNICKERS Toyota was really strong once we finally got going tonight. Coming from the back isn’t always easy here at Darlington, but we kept out of trouble and made it happen. I felt like we’d really have a chance there at the end, but I didn’t have enough to catch Erik (Jones) and ended up getting into the wall and making a mess for myself. I’m glad we were able to clinch the Regular Season Championship tonight, though. Those extra playoff points can be a huge benefit in the early rounds of the Playoffs and provide a bit of a buffer should something go wrong.”

Next Up: The next event on the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series schedule is the Brickyard 400 on Sunday, Sept. 8 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The race starts at 2 p.m. EDT with live coverage provided by NBC and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
