Whitt and No. 72 Team Heading to Talladega Hoping to Maximize Momentum

After a respectable run at Richmond International Raceway, Cole Whitt and the No. 72 RTIC Coolers team will head to Talladega this weekend for some speedway action. Hosting the Geico 500, Talladega SuperSpeedway serves as this week’s venue for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS), where Whitt has seven previous MENCS starts and has turned 1157 laps; scoring a best finish of 18th. Whitt and the No. 72 team have been steadily building momentum and hope Talladega will provide a solid finish.
