It’s an all Front Row Motorsports front row at Daytona tomorrow night with 2021 Daytona 500 winner Michael McDowell edging out teammate Todd Gilliland for the pole with a time of 49.136 at 183.165 mph over Gilliland’s time of 49.234 at 182.804 mph.
Ford would also round out the rest of the top-five with Joey Logano taking a time of 49.358 followed by Preece with a lap time of 49.366 and Josh Berry with a lap time of 49.397.
Chase Briscoe would round out the Ford dominance in qualifying following by three Hendrick Motorsport drivers of Byron, Larson and Elliott qualifying 7th, 9th and 10th respectively.
The first Toyota in the lineup would be the retiring driver of the No. 19 of Martin Truex Jr in 17th.
Earlier this week NBC Sports announced NASCAR Nonstop showing every green flag lap only using side-by-side commercials. NBC will also utilize this later this season in Atlanta and Talladega.
The NASCAR Cup Series Coke Zero Sugar 400 is scheduled to roll just past 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC with stages breaks set for laps 35, 95 and 160.
