ScienceLogic and Ryan Ellis to make NASCAR Sprint Cup Debut

Two years ago Ryan Ellis, backed by a family legacy in professional racing, made the mid-season decision to transition from a successful career in sport car racing, to NASCAR. Since then, Ellis has made a name for himself within the sport he grew up watching, with numerous starts in both, the Camping World Truck Series and Xfinity Series.

ScienceLogic experienced a two-year trajectory similar to Ellis, focusing on providing an unmatched hybrid cloud management and monitoring solution. As a result, ScienceLogic is now leading the hybrid cloud industry, with hundreds of new global customers relying on its solution to manage their critical cloud infrastructure.

“Solving big problems is what we do, and we want to spread the word about our innovative and cost-efficient software,” said Yama Habibzai, ScienceLogic CMO. “Getting to know Ryan and his skills behind the wheel reminded us a lot of ScienceLogic, how we are coming at the market fast and hard. It was a natural fit to have Ryan drive for us and get the ScienceLogic brand out there.”

Ellis has been signed by Circle Sport to campaign their #33 Chevrolet SS with sponsorship by ScienceLogic in the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 at Phoenix International Raceway on November 15th. “Racing is one of the biggest things in my life, and I can’t thank ScienceLogic, Joe Falk, and everyone at Circle Sport enough for this opportunity,” said Ryan Ellis. “I look at this as my whole team – everyone that has ever helped me, making it to the next level.”

“Phoenix is a very challenging track,” said Ellis. “It’s going to be tough out there, especially with the chaos of the Chase all around. I can’t wait to get on track behind the wheel of our beautiful ScienceLogic #33 for Circle Sport.”

ScienceLogic shares Ellis’s enthusiasm for its own foray into the sport, and knows the impact the NASCAR fan base can generate for its marketing initiatives as the year end approaches. “ScienceLogic is proud to participate in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series by sponsoring drive Ryan Ellis,” said Yama Habibzai. “This is a great opportunity to connect with a new audience, and experience NASCAR like never before.”

The #33 ScienceLogic Chevy will qualify at 7:45 pm ET on Friday, November 13. The Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500(k) will drop the green flag to start the race at 2:30 pm ET on Sunday, November 15 with live coverage on NBC.
