Dirty Mo Radio Announces Programming Line-Up for 2015

The launch of two new podcasts will usher in the third season of Dirty Mo Radio, Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s official podcasting network that lives on DaleJr.com and outlets such as iTunes, Stitcher, and TuneIn Radio.  The programs – Said Junior presented by Nationwide and JR Motorsports Up Front – will be the newest additions in a comprehensive line-up that already includes popular shows The Dale Jr. Download presented by SPY and Kelley Earnhardt Miller’s Fast Lane Family presented by Wella Professionals.

Said Junior presented by Nationwide will be the first of its kind on Dirty Mo Radio as its format will not include hosts or a designated schedule.  Instead, it will comprise of full audio from Earnhardt Jr.’s news conferences and group media sessions as they happen throughout the year.  In addition to its sponsorship of Said Junior, Nationwide will also bring Junior Nation a new behind-the-scenes segment on The Dale Jr. Download this season.  Sunglass brand SPY returns as the show sponsor.

JR Motorsports Up Front will be the first Dirty Mo Radio program co-hosted by a driver.  Regan Smith, driver of the No. 7 Taxslayer.com Chevrolet for JR Motorsports, will join Heath White and a revolving door of guests to give fans honest opinion, exclusive insight, and candid commentary regarding JR Motorsports and its NASCAR XFINITY Series, Camping World Truck Series, and late model teams.  JR Motorsports Up Front will air on Thursdays.

“This is the third year of Dirty Mo Radio, and we’ve been able to grow it a little each year,” Earnhardt Jr. said.  “This season we’ve reached a point where we can offer more variety that hopefully caters to different audiences.  Kelley’s show is heavy on lifestyle.  It’s very entertaining, and she does a fantastic job deep-diving with her guests.  The Download focuses mostly on the (Sprint) Cup program and includes fan engagement.  Regan’s involvement on the new JRM podcast will make it extremely insightful, as he is really good at explaining to fans what they’re seeing in these race cars that they might not understand.  And the press conference podcast is completely different than the rest.  It’s there solely as a source of information for fans.  With Dirty Mo Radio we want to give listeners every opportunity to be informed, and maybe even a little entertained, too.”

Earnhardt Miller’s podcast, which debuted last year and spent multiple weeks on iTunes’ top-10 sports podcasts chart, will feature a new presenting sponsor in Wella Professionals, which offers high-performance, multi-sensorial hair care products that are available in more than 760 Ulta stores nationwide.  Fast Lane Family will begin its second season on Wednesday, Feb. 18, with guests Ken and Ann Schrader.  Michael Waltrip will join Fast Lane Family on Feb. 25, and Samantha Busch, wife of Kyle Busch, on March 4.

“We had such an awesome time last year inviting people within the industry to come to the studio and share their lives,” Earnhardt Miller said.  “I learned so much from them – even people I’ve known for a long time.  I’m looking forward to the new season, and I couldn’t be happier to have Wella Professionals join the podcast.  You can expect new ideas this year, including hairstyle tips from Wella for women and men.  It’s going to be fun.”
