3M Aerospace honors military at California

3M’s™ Aerospace Division will make its racing debut this Sunday at Auto Club Speedway onboard Greg Biffle’s No. 16  Ford Fusion.  Aerospace products from 3M are used in a wide range of applications, from commercial airlines to business jets to military aircraft.  Biffle’s Ford will proudly show 3M’s thanks to those men and women serving the U.S. Armed Forces with a Salute to the Armed Forces.  Many of 3M’s employees are proud veterans or actively serve in the guard or reserves.  The 3M Ford Fusion hood will showcase the five medallions of the different branches of military service, while the car will feature a vehicle wrap in camo design from 3M Commercial Solutions.

“It’s really exciting have 3M Aerospace on our car for California,” said Biffle.  “3M’s technologies are amazing and seeing all the applications within the aerospace industry is really interesting.  It’s an honor to drive this car representing all the hard working men and women in our armed services.”
