Bangor Savings Bank is set to extend their NASCAR partnership with Austin Theriault and Rick Ware Racing for the 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. Theriault will pilot the No. 52 entry, with Bangor Savings Bank as the primary sponsor, for select races throughout the remainder of the season, and as an associate sponsor for all of the races that Theriault runs at RWR for the remainder of the season.
Theriault, a Fort Kent, Maine native, piloted the Rick Ware Racing entry earlier this year at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Pocono Raceway and Michigan International Speedway, in the No. 52 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, with Bangor Savings Bank. Over the past five years, Theriault has competed across multiple platforms in NASCAR’s lower developing series, collecting numerous wins and won the NASCAR K&N Most Popular Driver Award. Theriault also won the 2017 ARCA Menards Series Championship.
