Whitt Monster Energy All-Star Race Preview

Cole Whitt, driver of the RTIC Coolers No. 72, will compete in the Monster Energy Open on Saturday night at Charlotte Motor Speedway for a chance to advance to the Monster Energy All-Star Race.

Drivers not already locked into the All Star will vie for an entry by participating in the three-stage Open which precedes the All-Star event.  Each stage winner, along with the Monster Energy All-Star Fan Vote, will secure a starting position in the Monster Energy All-Star Race and contend for the coveted $1 million payout.

Whitt is one of 22 drivers eligible for the Monster Energy All-Star Fan Vote. Winning the fan vote would automatically secure Whitt a starting position in the Monster Energy All-Star lineup. Fans can vote online at www.NASCAR.com/FanVote until 11:59 p.m. EDT Friday
