Parker Kligerman to join Kyle Busch Motorsports in 2013

Parker Kligerman, spent time between two teams in the Camping World Truck Series during the 2012 NASCAR season; 10 races in the No.29 for Brad Keselowski Racing and the final 12 races of the season in the No.7 for Red Horse Racing.

Kligerman’s best finish at BK Racing was 2nd at Dover. He was let go in favor of Ryan Blaney – who ran nine races for the truck team, winning at Iowa. Kligerman also took part in three Nationwide series races in Penske Racing’s No.22 Dodge, where his best finish was 7th at Chicagoland Speedway.

Many sources today have reported that Kligerman will join Kyle Busch Motorsports in the Nationwide series to drive full time in 2013. Not many details have been released, but more information and a confirmation should be coming in the next few weeks.

During 2012, Kyle and Kurt Busch split time behind the wheel of the No.54 Monster Energy Toyota, but during “Ford Championship Weekend”, Kyle Busch mentioned that his brother Kurt would likely not be driving the car next season and that he was looking for a driver to run a full schedule.

Kyle Busch is expected to run select races for Joe Gibbs Racing in the Nationwide series while competing full time in the Cup Series during the 2013 season.
