MB Motorsports Review: American Ethanol 200 at Iowa Speedway

MB MOTORSPORTS: A SUCCESSFUL TRIP TO IOWA
MB Motorsports went to Iowa Speedway with young Justin Jennings, as he
made his Nascar Camping World Truck Series debut in the #65 LG SEEDS Ford.

“What an impressive day for Justin,” beamed team owner Mike Mittler.
“What we raced and what we unloaded with are two, completely  different
things.  For this being Justin’s first Nascar start, he was very
impressive.  He communicated exactly what the truck needed and we made
wholesale changes to the truck.  We picked up a half second in qualifying
from what we’d run in practice.”

“Mike and I were able to understand each other right from the start and
the crew gave me exactly what I thought the LG SEEDS Ford needed,” said a
pleased Jennings. “We just kept working on the truck, all through practice
and by the time we qualified we had it handling pretty well.”

Well enough, in fact, that Jennings had the LG SEEDS Ford turning race lap
times almost identical to what they qualified at, some thing that was not
lost on Mittler. “It’s pretty amazing when you got a kid who can drive
like Justin did his first time out in a Nascar truck and do all the things
that he did so well.”

After starting 31st, Jennings and the MB Motorsports brought the LG SEEDS
Ford home in 23rd place and, adds Mittler “without a scratch on it.”

MIKE MITTLER’S THOUGHTS ON THE AMERICAN ETHANOL 200:
“MB Motorsports had a great trip to Iowa Speedway.  I am very proud of
Justin and all our guys.  We were lucky to have a bunch of folks from LG
SEEDS with us.  What a great group of people.  I am glad we were able to
have a good run for them.”

JUSTIN JENNING’S THOUGHTS ON THE AMERICAN ETHANOL 200:
“I know everybody says ‘I just want to stay out of trouble and earn the
respect of the other drivers,  when they make their first start, but I
truly did.  I hope all the great people at LG SEEDS are happy with what we
we accomplished.  Hopefully, our run here at Iowa leads to more races with
the MB Motorsports crew.”
