Korbin Forrister Finishes 16th In Active Pest Control 200 at Atlanta

Korbin Forrister posted a 16th place finish in the running of the Active Pest Control 200 Benefitting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race.

Forrister placed the No. 7 TruClear Global All Out Motorsports Toyota Tundra in the 21st place position on the starting grid for the 130 lap race at the Hampton, GA track.

Forrister was forced three-wide passing another Camping World Truck at the start of the race, sending him to the tail end of the longest line for the restart on lap four. The Cedartown, GA native was able to recover after the penalty finishing 16th in the Active Pest Control 200 Benefitting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

“I made an error right off the bat on a rule, completely my fault.  We were able to battle back to stay on the lead lap and brought home a 16th place finish.  I really had fun at my hometown track.  I love Atlanta Motor Speedway; the place has a lot of character.  Doug (George) and the All Out Motorsports team brought a much better truck than where we finished.  We showed a lot of speed though, and I know that as the team matures we will be there at the end of the race battling for the win.  Thank you TruClear Global for supporting us in Atlanta and I can’t wait to get back on track in Dover.”

The No. 7 All Out Motorsports NCWTS team will return at Dover International Speedway, Friday, May 4th.
