Overstreet spent 2010 and 2011 at Rusty Wallace, Inc. (RWI) where he served various roles, including crew chief and car chief for Michael Annett, Brendan Gaughan and David Reutimann. Prior to moving to RWI, Overstreet served as crew chief for Johnny Sauter at ThorSport Racing and at Germain Racing for Justin Marks. From 2004-08, Overstreet was the crew chief for Reutimann at Darrell Waltrip Racing.
"We are very excited to have someone of Jason's caliber on board with us for 2012," said RBR Enterprises owner Ricky Benton. "We have made great strides over the last two years with our truck program and look to grow those successes with Jason's leadership at the shop and at the racetrack."
