Protect the Harvest to partner with Thorsport Racing and Jesse Little in Chicago

Protect The Harvest, an organization started by Lucas Oil founder, Forrest Lucas, will partner with ThorSport Racing and NASCAR Next driver, Jesse Little, for Friday night’s American Ethanol 225 at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill. Little, who made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) debut at Dover (Del.) International Speedway earlier this year, will make his second start in the series at the 1.5-mile D-shaped oval, piloting the No. 97 Toyota Tundra.

“We’re honored to have ThorSport Racing and Jesse Little carry the Protect The Harvest name during the NCWTS race in Chicago this coming weekend,” said Forrest Lucas. “This team and their owner, Duke Thorson, understand why Protect The Harvest and what we stand for is important to all of us.”

The animal rights movement in America, led by the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), has evolved into a wealthy and successful attack group determined to end the consumption of meat, threaten consumer access to affordable food, eliminate hunting, outlaw rodeos and circuses, and even ban animal ownership.

Protect The Harvest, which was created to fight back and defend American families, farmers, sportsmen and animal owners from the growing threat posed by the radical animal rights movement, will continue to work with ThorSport Racing and its fleet of drivers to spread awareness throughout the 2015 NCWTS season.

Protect The Harvest has three objectives: INFORM America’s consumers, businesses and decision-makers about the threats posed by animal rights groups and anti-farming extremists; PROTECT our freedoms and way of life by creating lasting legal safeguards for farmers, ranchers, hunters, anglers, and animal owners; RESPOND to the activities of radical groups by opposing their efforts to pass laws or enact regulations that would restrict our rights, limit our freedoms, and hinder our access to safe, affordable food.

In addition to making his second NCWTS start of the season at Chicagoland Speedway, Little is scheduled to compete in the series at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth (November 6), and the season finale at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway (November 20).
