Kyle Busch Captures Pole for F.W. Webb 175 at New Hampshire

Kyle Busch captured the pole for this afternoon’s F.W. Webb 175 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon with a track-record lap of 28.917 seconds at 131.715 mph. The pole award was Busch’s second in the Truck Series this season, second in the Truck Series at New Hampshire and 12th in his Truck Series career.

Kevin Harvick (29.014 seconds at 131.275 mph) joins Busch on the front row. Joey Coulter (29.039 seconds at 131.162 seconds), Austin Dillon (29.080 seconds at 130.977 mph) and Ron Hornaday Jr. (29.108 seconds at 130.851 mph) rounded out the top five qualifiers.

Fellow Kyle Busch Motorsports driver German Quiorga qualified 17th. The two-time defending NASCAR Mexico Series champion, who is making his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut driving the No. 51 Telcel Tundra, turned in a lap of 29.741 seconds at 127.816 mph.

Busch, who won last year’s Truck Series race at New Hampshire from the pole, will be seeking his third-consecutive Truck Series victory at “The Magic Mile.”
