NCWTS: Drivin’ for Lineman 200 Preview

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series heads to the Gateway Motorsports Park for the second annual Drivin’ for Lineman 200 since returning to the track last season. The event will mark the eighth race on the series calendar in 2015. Darrell Wallace Jr., who is not entered in the race, captured the victory last season at the 1.25-mile oval.

The entry list features 32 drivers with nobody going home after qualifying. Some of the drivers include Adam Edwards, Cole Custer, Ryan Ellis, Michael Affarano, Austin Theriault, Brandon Jones, Tommy Regan, Matt Tifft, Joey Gattina and Tyler Tanner.

MB Motorsports will continue their streak at the Gateway Motorsports Park. The Missouri-based racing team has entered in every NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event at Gateway, which is proudly their home track. They have helped Carl Edwards, Jamie McMurray, Brad Keselowski and Regan Smith build their racing careers over the years.

Brandon Jones will be missing his high school graduation on Saturday to make his sixth start of the season in the No. 33 Master Force Chevrolet. Jones is currently a development driver under the Richard Childress Racing banner. He will receive a cake and his diploma just prior to the race.

John Hunter Nemechek will take over the No. 8 Chevrolet full-time beginning this weekend at the Gateway Motorsports Park. Nemechek shared his ride with his father on the tracks he could not run due to the minimum age requirement on the big tracks. Nemechek turned 18 last Thursday and will compete in 18 total races.

You can catch the race live on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports Go at 8:30 p.m. ET. on Saturday. The Motor Racing Network will carry the live radio broadcast.
