The Carolina Nut Co. to adorn Cameron Hayley’s Toyota Tundra in Charlotte

ThorSport Racing is pleased to announce that The Carolina Nut Co., which specializes in unique flavored nuts, flavored peanuts, spicy nuts and candied nuts, will adorn the No. 13 Toyota Tundra of Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender, Cameron Hayley in Friday night’s NC Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway (CMS).

The Carolina Nut Co., a Hendersonville, N.C. based company, has a long standing partnership with ThorSport Racing and Johnny Sauter in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS), but will make its debut with Hayley, who is currently fifth in the NCWTS driver point standings, on Friday night at CMS.

“It’s an honor to have The Carolina Nut Co. on my Tundra this weekend at Charlotte,” said Hayley. “The company is locally owned and operated in North Carolina, so hopefully we can continue building on our success from Kansas, and do a good job representing the brand, their employees and partners in their own backyard on Friday night.”

The Carolina Nut Co., which has 13 unique flavors of peanuts to choose from, including Carolina BBQ, Dill Pickle and Honey Roasted Chipotle, can be purchased through your local retailer, including Food Lion, or online at CarolinaNut.com.

“The brand has so many great flavors of nuts,” continued Hayley. “But I have to admit, my favorite is Peanut Butter and Jelly. It’s a classic childhood favorite.”

Hayley, who is coming off his career-best NCWTS finish of fifth at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, KS last weekend, will make his fifth track debut of the 2015 NCWTS season on Friday night at CMS.

“Kansas was a truly amazing night for me,” said Hayley. “It was my first top-five finish and to be a Canadian and get a top-five in this series is unreal. Charlotte will be another track I’m seeing for the first time on Thursday for practice. It’s the fourth mile-and-a-half track that I’ve ever run on, so it will be a good learning opportunity for us and a good chance for us to run well.”
