NCWTS: Reddick Earns Texas Motor Speedway Pole

Tyler Reddick will start on the pole for Friday’s WinStar World Casino & Resort 350 after posting a fast time of 29.677 seconds, 181.959 mph. Reddick will start on the pole for the second time of his racing career. His first career pole came two weekend’s ago at the Talladega Superspeedway.

Kyle Busch, who is making his ninth start of the 2014 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season, will start the 16th annual event from the second starting spot. Busch’s fastest time in the final round clocked in at 29.703 seconds, 181.800 mph during the final seconds. It marks his eighth start from inside the top-10.

Matt Crafton comes into the race with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series points lead by 18 over Ryan Blaney. Crafton will start the race from the third spot after posting a fast time of 29.730 seconds, 181.635 mph. Blaney will roll from the ninth startring spot.

Darrell Wallace Jr., who captured the win last weekend at the Martinsville Speedway, will roll from the eighth starting spot. This eighth-place qualifying effort marks the 14th time of the year that Wallace will start an event from the top-10.

Bryan Silas will make his best career start after a solid 10th-place qualifying effort. The previous best effort was back at the Iowa Speedway earlier in the year with an 11th-place run. Silas’s fastest time clocked in at a 30.076 seconds, 179.545 mph.

Because only 32 trucks showed up, nobody will be going home. There was no on-track incidents during the entire three rounds of qualifying.
