James Buescher NCWTS Preview: Eldora Speedway
Playing In The Dirt...The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) will head to Eldora Speedway on July 24 to make their debut on the 0.5 dirt oval. Although James Buescher has limited dirt experience, he does have one victory on dirt coming at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track. Buescher comes into Eldora Speedway with momentum on his side, having scored top-five finishes in the two most-recent NCWTS events.
Gotta Have A Rheem...Buescher is looking to take the next step in the season and drive the No. 31 Rheem entry into victory lane at Eldora Speedway for Rheem's first NCWTS victory of 2013. Rheem Manufacturing Company (www.rheem.com) is privately held with headquarters in Atlanta. In its 87th year of operation, the company manufactures a full line of high-quality residential and commercial heating and cooling systems; tank, tankless, solar, and heat pump water heaters; swimming pool heaters and commercial boilers throughout North America and world markets. The company's premium brands, including Raypak, Ruud and Rheem, have been recognized with countless industry and consumer awards for reliability, innovative design and high quality. Rheem, now in its seventh consecutive year as a NASCAR sponsor, is the official heating, cooling and water heating supplier to Turner Scott Motorsports and Richard Childress Racing. Rheem also sponsors RCR's No. 29 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car driven by Kevin Harvick and the No. 33 NASCAR Nationwide Series car driven by Paul Menard.
Chassis Info...The Rheem team will bringChassis TSM-019 for the inaugural Mudsummer Classic at Eldora Speedway. The team used this chassis to test at 311 Motor Speedway just two weeks ago.
Previous Race Recap...Buescher and the Rheem team entered Iowa Speedway coming off their best 2013 finish to date, having finished fourth two weeks prior at Kentucky Speedway. The determined Turner Scott Motorsports team showed they were going to be ones to contend with after working their way up from a 12th-place starting spot to leading the race by lap 127. After a late-race yellow, the Rheem team ducked down pit road to put on four Goodyear tires and restarted in the sixth position. Buescher made some daring moves to put himself back into the top three, but the team ran out of laps to advance any further. Buescher and the Rheem team bettered their best finish of the season, coming home in third place at Iowa Speedway and moving up to third in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Driver Point Standings.

James Buescher on Running at Eldora Speedway
"I'm really excited that the most-talked-about race is finally here. I think this is just another wildcard event that's on our schedule, and I think it's great that we have a diverse schedule like we do. We had a successful test at 311 just a couple weeks ago and I feel confident in our team. I feel that we'll be able escape with a solid finish and continue our climb up the point standings."
