John Wes Townley Red Horse Racing Eldora Speedway Team Advance

GAME ON: The first nine races of the 2013 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series have been about securing John Wes Townley and his No. 7 Zaxby's Toyota tundra team into the top-20 in owner's points. This position assured their spot in The Mudsummer Classic presented by CNBC Prime's "The Profit" at Eldora Speedway. The team, led by veteran crew chief Mike Beam achieved that goal. But now, it's game on for the team who is looking forward to running up front and earning Townley's first Truck Series victory. The Zaxby's team has momentum coming off of five consecutive top-15 finishes.

RACE FORMAT: Eldora isn't just a different race track for the Series but it also brings a different format. NASCAR has reduced the number of entries for the 0.5-mile clay track from 36 trucks to 30. The field will have two laps of qualifying (top-20 in owner's points locked in) followed by five, eight-lap heat races. Your qualifying spot will determine your heat race. After the heat races are complete, there will be a 15-lap 'last chance race' that will lock in the 30 Trucks for the 75-mile race. The 150-lap race consists of three segments: 60 laps, 50, laps and the final 40 laps of action with pit stops at the end of the first two segments.

NEW MENU ITEMS AT ZAXBY'S: Zaxby's, a southeast favorite for chicken fingers and wings, has been indescribably good for more than 20 years. The Athens, Georgia based chain offers its guests prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz, Traditional or Boneless Wings, sandwiches, Zalads and Zappetizers, along with a variety of nine sauces ranging from Wimpy and Tongue Torch to Nuclear and Insane. Mixing things up, guests can now enjoy Zaxby's new Cobb Zalad through summer's end. Additionally, Zaxby's offers a new line of premium milkshakes including the popular Birthday Cake and Banana Pudding Milkshakes and the new Chocolate Cookie Milkshake. The company operates more than 575 locations in 13 states. John Wes Townley will compete with Zaxby's serving as primary sponsor for the entire 22 Truck Series race schedule. CHASSIS HISTORY: The No. 7 Zaxby's Toyota Tundra will be racing Chassis No. 132 at the historic dirt track of Eldora Speedway. The chassis was last seen on track at Homestead-Miami Speedway in 2011 and earlier that year at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Raceway where it finished 10th and fourth respectively.

MEET & GREET: Townley, along with teammates Germán Quiroga and Timothy Peters will join the NASCAR Camping world Truck Series drivers for an autograph session on Tuesday, July 23rd from 2:00 - 2:45pm at Eldora Speedway located outside of turns 3 and 4 at the Multi-purpose building.

REARVIEW MIRROR - IOWA: John Wes Townley and his No. 7 Zaxby's Toyota Tundra team continue to show gains at each race track they visit during this 2013 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season. After qualifying for the American Ethanol 200 presented by Enogen in the 14th place, Townley battled a tight-handling race truck for the majority of the race but was able to keep his Zaxby's Tundra inside the top-15. The driver was able to capitalize on his track position and bring home a 12th-place finish. The finish moves Townley up one position in the driver point standings, now 14th.

John Wes Townley talks about Racing on Dirt and Eldora Speedway:

How does it feel to be entering such a historic race for the Truck Series?

"It feels great to be a part of the Truck Series debut on dirt especially behind the wheel of my Zaxby's Toyota Tundra. It's going to be really interesting to see how a lot of these drivers including myself learn and adapt to racing on dirt. I'm sure we'll put on a good show for the fans.

What are your expectations for Eldora?

"It's hard to have expectations at a new track, especially under these circumstances - racing on dirt. Regardless if it is dirt or asphalt, anything can happen at a new track. The best thing you can do as a driver is make the best of it, learn as much as you can, and stay out of trouble. Anything can happen, especially on dirt."
