Rookie Harrison Rhodes rolled home to a 29th-place finish in Saturday’s Drive To Stop Diabetes 300 Xfinity Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Rhodes, racing at the track for the first time, qualified 31st and raced as high as 25th during the 300-lap marathon.
“Not a bad day for our first time out,” Rhodes said. “We finished a bunch of laps and were there at the end, so that’s good. Every lap we can count is a little more experience.”
