With election season fast approaching, race fans, and Iowans who support great entertainment, are being asked to “re-elect” Iowa Speedway for summer excitement in 2016. Season Tickets will go on sale to voters beginning Wednesday, Dec. 2.
Returning fans can ensure themselves the best seats at the lowest prices by renewing their tickets before the February 24 renewal deadline. Current Season Ticket Holders will receive a letter in the mail as in past years. Season Ticket Packages will remain on sale for new purchases through June 18. Payment plans are available and offer great flexibility to fans who want to spread out their payments.

In response to an Iowa Speedway exit poll, Wide Opening Weekend will feature both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the NASCAR XFINITY Series during Father’s Day Weekend June on 18-19. The second weekend of racing is a bipartisan effort as the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards and the INDYCAR Series Iowa Corn 300, Indy Lights and Pro Mazda Championship come together on July 9-10. The 2016 race season will close on July 29-30 with a pair of surging incumbents, the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East / West Casey’s General Stores 150 and NASCAR XFINITY Series U.S. Cellular 250, in yet another exhilarating weekend at “The Fastest Short Track on the Planet.”
Savings for Season Ticket Holders start at over $40 in the first four rows and increase to more than $120 off regular retail prices in the upper grandstands. Packages start at the low price of $99 for eight high-powered races over three weekends in 2016.
