Defending NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Kevin Harvick to Visit Everglades Holiday Park, Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill October 20

The defending NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion and Ford EcoBoost 400 race winner at Homestead-Miami Speedway, Kevin Harvick, will be in South Florida on October 20. Harvick will partake in activities that can only be found in the Florida Everglades at Everglades Holiday Park, including learning to drive a twin-engine airboat. In addition, Harvick will be a “celebrity bartender” at Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill in Miramar.

Home to the hit TV series, “Gator Boys,” Everglades Holiday Park is one of South Florida’s largest and most extensive alligator rescues. Harvick will tour the facility, as well as enjoy an exclusive airboat tour through the vast miles of wetlands in the Everglades.

Harvick will then travel to Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill in Miramar for a special event with Budweiser, 99.9 KISS Country radio station and Homestead-Miami Speedway. Harvick will be a “celebrity bartender,” serving Budweiser beers to fans in attendance from 2:30-3 p.m.

Harvick advanced to the Contender Round of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup by virtue of his win in the AAA 400 at Dover on October 4.  A second-place finish last week at Charlotte puts him in prime position to advance to the Eliminator Round, putting him one step closer to having the opportunity to defend his title at the Ford EcoBoost 400 on November 22 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
