Pocono Raceway Announces New Mobile Ticket Delivery Systems

Pocono Raceway announced today its new Mobile Ticket Delivery System, the next step in harnessing ticketing technology. The Mobile Ticket Delivery System is a simple straight-line from click to scan technology that will allow fans to have their ticket delivered to their mobile device (both Android and Apple) and have their ticket scanned at the gate directly from their mobile device.

The Mobile Ticket Delivery System was developed by Paciolan, an industry-leading provider of ticketing, marketing automation and fan management solutions to more than 500 live entertainment organizations. Pocono Raceway is the first track to bring this technology to NASCAR fans.

“We know we have tech-savvy fans based on Social Media engagement, and the  percentage of Fans who visit poconoraceway.com via a mobile device. This new service is just another way to make it easier and more convenient for our fans – particularly those in the emerging millennial market, and multi-tasking NASCAR fans to order and receive their tickets”, stated Brandon Igdalsky, Raceway President and CEO. “Not to be overlooked is the green component of the Mobile Delivery System that allows fans to go paperless” Igdalsky concluded. This service is immediately available for the Axalta “We Paint Winners” 400, and will roll out shortly for all Pocono Raceway events.
