Bush Brothers and Company joins BMS as sponsor of Whelen modified event

A ticket to Bristol Motor Speedway’s midweek tripleheader became a little more appetizing as Bush Brothers and Company signed the entitlement sponsorship for Wednesday night’s Whelen Modified race.

The newly christened Bush’s Beans® 150 partners Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) with the longstanding East Tennessee company known for its Secret Family Recipe and television ads featuring the founder’s great-grandson, Jay Bush, and his talking dog, Duke.

“We are proud to partner with Bristol Motor Speedway,” said Michael Morris, Senior Marketing Manager for Bush Brothers and Company. “Being from East Tennessee, we’ve always considered Bristol our home track so it only made sense for our two companies to work together to bring our beans to Bristol race fans.”

In addition to sponsoring Wednesday’s opening race, Bush’s® Trackside Cafes are opening inside Gates 6 and 18. These unique concession stands are serving up traditional cookout favorites such as hamburgers, hotdogs and BBQ sandwiches alongside the bold flavors of Bush’s® Grillin’ Beans®.

“We’re proud to welcome another iconic Tennessee brand into the BMS family – especially one so frequently enjoyed by our fans during their pre-race cookouts,” said Jerry Caldwell, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Bristol Motor Speedway. “Bush Brothers and Company has a reputation for quality products and exemplary customer service, values that make them a natural fit with our Bristol team.”

Engines fire for Wednesday’s fiercely contested racing doubleheader – the Bush’s Beans® 150 and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series UNOH 200 presented by ZLOOP – at 5:45 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 20. The entertainment continues after the checkered flag as award-winning country artist Dierks Bentley rocks the Last Great Colosseum in the CMT Mountain Dew Summer Concert Series finale.
