GMS Racing, in conjunction with Michael House Racing, announced today that Spencer Gallagher will pilot the No. 23 Chevrolet late model entry in the 49th Annual Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway.
“I am really looking forward to participating in the Snowball Derby this year,” said Spencer Gallagher. “It’s always such an exciting and challenging event. Getting the chance to work with Michael House and Willie Allen is a great opportunity.”
Michael House will serve as acting crew chief for Gallagher with help from veteran driver Willie Allen.
“We’re thankful that Michael House and Willie Allen are giving us this opportunity for Spencer to run the Derby in first class equipment,” said GMS Racing Competition Director Mike Beam. “It’s great to be able to have seat time in the off-season and to compete in a race that is so well known is going to be a great experience for Spencer.”
Gallagher will be testing at Five Flags Speedway on November 14 and 15 in preparation for the event that begins on December 1.
Information regarding sponsorship will be announced at a later date.
