Brady Boswell Adds Six Races with Mason Mitchell Motorsports; Pocono First Up

Brady Boswell will add six races to his 2016 ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards schedule with Mason Mitchell Motorsports.

The 19-year-old will be back behind the wheel starting this weekend at the Pocono Raceway for the General Tire: #Anythingispossible200. From there Boswell will race at Michigan, Iowa, Lucas Oil Raceway, Kentucky and close out the season racing at the Kansas Speedway.

“I am very thankful to add these races to my schedule and be back with MMM,” Boswell expressed. “They always bring fast racecars to the track and I know multiple wins are within reach. In our prior two starts together we led a lot of laps and positioned ourselves towards the front, unfortunately lady luck hasn’t been on our side.”

“Pocono is the race that I am looking forward to the most. It’s a unique place and I’m ready to take on the challenge of the tricky triangle. When you work with an organization like MMM, you have the opportunity to win at any track that you go to.”

In three ARCA starts in 2016, Boswell’s best finish is 11th at Talladega. He led 44 laps in his ARCA debut at the Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville and was racing inside the top-five before running out of fuel three laps shy of the finish.

Fans will be able to watch Boswell’s ARCA debut from the Fairgrounds Speedway on the American Sports Network, Thursday, June 2nd at 7:00 p.m. EST. Check you cable provider for listings or visit http://www.americansportsnet.com

Mason Mitchell Motorsports has five prior starts at the Pocono Raceway earning one pole, two top-five finishes and four top-10’s. Their best finish came in the June 2014 race when they finished runner-up with Mason Mitchell behind the wheel.

The General Tire #Anythingispossible 200 is the third of six straight races for the ARCA Racing Series.

Last Time Out: At New Jersey Motorsports Park, David Levine drove the No. 98 to a fifth place finish passing Kyle Weatherman and Josh Williams to solidify MMM’s second top-five of 2016 (including MMM’s win at Talladega Superspeedway).

The ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards travels next to Pocono Raceway for the General Tire #AnywhereIsPossible 200 Friday, June 3, live on FS1. Prior to the race, ARCA is sanctioning an open test on the 2.5-mile Pocono triangle Tuesday, May 31.  Arcaracing.com will have live timing/scoring for the test as well as all on-track activity from Pocono Raceway.
