Country Bob’s Sauces & Seasonings Joins RCR Partner Lineup

Country Bob’s, an all-purpose sauces and seasonings company, will serve as the primary sponsor for Brian Scott and Richard Childress Racing’s No. 2 Chevrolet team in the NASCAR Nationwide Series O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway on November 1

In a partnership with Kroger, Country Bob’s joins RCR for their first venture as a primary sponsor.  In a promotion that started on Labor Day, September 1 and runs through the first week of December, fans who purchase Country Bob’s sauces and seasonings at one of the nearly 200 Kroger stores in Texas will enjoy great sale prices.

“We are proud to partner with two great teams in RCR and Kroger, both leaders in their respective fields,” stated Nate Edson, National Sales Manager for Country Bob’s. “We know Brian Scott is exemplary on the track and as a spokesman for our family brand, as well as Kroger.”

Currently in his fifth year of Nationwide Series competition, Scott has earned five pole awards, 13 top-five and 52 top-10 finishes. Scott, in his second season with RCR, currently sits fifth in the Nationwide Series driver championship point standings.

“This No. 2 RCR Chevrolet Camaro team has been really competitive all year long,” Scott said. “It’s refreshing for a driver to have a partner like Country Bob’s on board for their first venture into NASCAR. My family loves to grill out and we look forward to trying all of Country Bob’s sauces and seasonings. We hope to showcase our season with a trip to victory lane in the No. 2 Country Bob’s Chevrolet Camaro.”

In addition to the sale prices on Country Bob’s Sauces and Seasonings at Kroger stores, customers can enter a drawing to win the grand prize, two-minute Kroger shopping spree experience with RCR driver Scott. The grand-prize winner will also enjoy a VIP race experience and a Primo Oval 400 XL grill.  The contest runs from now through October 6

With only seven races left this season, Scott has earned five top-five and 16 top-10 finishes with three pole awards, one at Richmond International Raceway and two at Chicagoland Speedway.
